Return & Refund Policy
At Want it? You Got It!, every item is custom-made to order just for you through Printify. Because of our print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or incorrect order details.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with any manufacturing error, you have 30 days from the delivery date to report it.
We partner directly with Printify to make it right — usually with a free reprint or full refund (your choice).
How to Report a Quality Issue

Include your order number
Send clear photos showing the issue
You do not need to return the item — Printify handles these cases with photo proof only. We will submit the claim to Printify on your behalf and coordinate the resolution.
Refunds
Once Printify approves the claim, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though your bank or credit card may take longer to post the credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We cover shipping on any approved replacement item.
